Where does the data come from?
The Companies House Public Data API. Reports use live register data and may be up to five minutes old.
Can I search by company number?
Yes. Enter a company name or registration number in the search box, or go directly to /company/[number].
Can I share a link to a company report?
Yes. Every report has its own web address you can copy and send on.
What is a PSC?
A person with significant control (PSC) is someone who owns or controls a company, for example by holding more than 25% of shares or voting rights, or having the right to appoint directors.
